襖サイズのパネルを「16曲の屏風」に見立 て 、会 場 内 を 横 断 さ せ た イ ン ス タ レ ー シ ョ ン。

全長14メートル、表裏32面におよぶ連 続 あ る い は 異 な る イ メ ー ジ の 連 な り 、外 光 の影響を考慮して配置された作品は、光に よ っ て 様 々 に 表 情 を 変 化 さ せ る 日 本 画 ・日 本 画 材 の 魅 力 を 最 大 限 に 活 か し 、空 間 と 密接に関わりあった。

An installation of sixteen Fusuma-size-panels in the form of a fourteen-meter folding screen across the exhibit space. The work consists of thirty-two images, each painted on one side of a panel, as a series of continuous or seperate images. Closely interacting with the exhibit space, the work was arranged while considering the effect of the natural light to maximize the charm of Nihonga and its materials that change expression depending on the light source.
